I purchased Earthwool from DIO for the first time on a little bathroom renovation a few weeks back and from what I can tell you I received more m2 per pack than other manufacturers. I got the whole order into the back of my ute , the results I got acoustically were very good and the Knauf Earthwool was nowhere near as itchy as some of the other brands! I will be using DIO on our next “NEW Home” project.

I have dealt with DIO on two occasions now and have always found their staff very friendly and helpful. Team member arrived at the date and time given and provided some very helpful advice.
I have no hesitation in using DIO again and highly recommend to family, friends and others to use them.

I would like to leave a compliment for Dave and the staff at DIO for the excellent customer service provided yesterday.
After encountering some problems ordering from the website, I contacted DIO by phone and Dave was only too happy to confirm the order via phone and ensure free delivery. Within three hours, the insulation was delivered to my door. Three hours!
I can't thank you all enough for such a swift response considering the time pressures we are under with the build.
DIO is clearly the premium option for insulation in Canberra, and I'll be making sure everyone knows this in future.
